The owner of Lincoln House is Cyrus Poonawala. Lincoln House was also previously known as Wankaner House. Lincoln House is one of the most expensive heritage properties in Mumbai. It is located in the Breach Candy area of South Mumbai. Lincoln House is spread over 50,000 square feet. Cyrus Poonawala bought Lincoln House in 2015 for Rs 750 crore.
